NB: The LGOIMA & Privacy Lead, has been nominated and approved as “Privacy Officer”, and the person with the responsibilities as Privacy Officer under this Act. NB: Regardless of the above delegations, all Council officers are expected to help ensure the Council’s compliance with privacy legislation.
