Authority to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Council as an "agency" or as otherwise specified under the Privacy Act 2020.
NB: The LGOIMA & Privacy Lead, has been nominated and approved as “Privacy Officer”, and the person with the responsibilities as Privacy Officer under this Act.
NB: Regardless of the above delegations, all Council officers are expected to help ensure the Council’s compliance with privacy legislation.
