Local Authorities (Employment Protection) Act 1963
The powers and duties delegated are those of the Council as a “local authority”. This Act was repealed from 1 November 1990 however, the Act shall continue to apply in respect of persons whose employment is transferred or deemed to have been transferred under that Act before the 1st day of November 1990.
