    Summary of Function or Power

    Authority to undertake the powers and duties of the Council in relation to health and safety, including without limitation, as a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015

    NB: Regardless of the above delegations, all Council officers, particularly those who have staff reporting to them, are expected to help ensure the Council’s compliance with health and safety legislation.
