Restrictions:

a. This delegation is restricted to the office holder nominated in the Trust Deed or the Group Manager with specific responsibility for the activity or purpose of the Trust.

b. If an officer holder other than a Group Manager is expressly nominated by the Trust Deed, that office holder is authorised to exercise and perform the powers, duties and responsibilities as set out above but subject always to the supervision and direction of his/her respective Group Manager.
