Land Transfer Regulations 2002

Requirement for Authority and Instruction (A & I) Form:
Powers and duties re execution of an Authority and Instruction (A & I) Form where such a Form is necessary to meet the requirements of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and these Regulations;

No requirement for A & I Form:
Powers and duties in respect of the signature and form of execution of paper instruments not in the form of a deed, in relation to matters within that officer’s delegation authority or as authorised by a Council resolution.

Restrictions:

a.  See s9 of the Property Law Act 2007 in relation to the execution of a deed
