Duty (as authority undertaking the public work), to provide, at its cost, a new/amended unit plan on request of the body corporate, in the circumstances specified. 

Duties (as territorial authority) in relation to deposit of unit development plans.

Powers (as territorial authority) in relation to certification and issue of certificate under the RMA for a stage/complete unit plan. 

Power (as territorial authority) to authorise officer of territorial authority to issue certificates re deposit of/amendment to unit plan. 

 

Duty (as territorial authority) not to require any of the alterations specified where certificate under s32(2)(a) has been issued and plan deposited.

Power (as local authority) to authorise person to enter part of the base land for the purposes of exercising powers under the Act.
