Duty (as consent authority) to have regard to statutory acknowledgement relating to a statutory area in forming an opinion as to whether the trustees are persons who may be adversely affected by the granting of a resource consent as prescribed. 

Duty (as consent authority) to attach information recording a statutory acknowledgement to all statutory plans in the manner set out. 

Duties (as consent authority) for the period specified, to forward to the trustees a summary of resource consent applications received for activities specified; to notify an application in accordance with ss93 and 94C of the RMA, and form an opinion as to whether the trustees are persons who may be adversely affected under those sections.
